This service is available to residential and commercial properties, both leased and owned.

Cleaning teams can be dispatched to your home or business weekly, fortnightly or monthly – you set the consistency.

WPA Service Cleans include as standard:

• Vacuum all floors
• Mop hard floors
• Clean bathroom including vanity, shower, bath and toilets
• Clean kitchen clean including washing dishes, cleaning
• General tidy/dust
• Remove cobwebs

 

You can also request as extra:

• Window cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Rubbish removal
• Wiping down of cupboards
• Hanging/sorting laundry/ironing

 

All Service Cleans carried out by team of at least two people, with each charged by the hour.

 

Carpet Cleaning

Your carpets are in safe hands with WPA Cleaning Services.

We use a steam extraction technique, carried out by qualified and trained technicians with Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Our carpet cleaning technique can be applied to all carpet types, as well as upholstery.

Spot tests will be carried out in your initial service to ensure your carpet and furniture is colour safe.

 

Window Cleaning

Professionally cleaned, streak-free, gleaming windows is what you’ll see with WPA Cleaning Services.

Our team uses high-quality equipment and environmentally-friendly cleaning products.

We clean windows of any size at ground and first floor for homes and businesses.

Our window cleaning service includes:

• Clean windows inside and out

• Dust/wash fly screens/security screens

Boutique Services

WPA specialises in providing unique, specialty services that are only required occasionally, whether its the end of a season or the end of an era. Whatever the reason – we’re here to help.

With boutique cleans, no two jobs are ever the same, so we don’t offer a one size fits all service. Each clean will be individually quoted depending on your needs and the size of the job.

Our boutique services include:

• Seasonal Cleaning - Often referred to as ‘spring cleaning’ but we know it can happen any time of year.
• Pre-listing/Home Open Cleaning
• Rental Inspection Cleans
• Post-Renovation Clean
• BBQ/Oven Cleaning - This includes all surfaces and trays
• Tile & Grout Cleaning - This includes all tiled floors, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet
• Rubbish removal - Our team will take away rubbish or furniture left behind by former tenants or upon settlement of your new or former property.
• Emergency cleans - This can include damage caused by storm, flood, pets or children
